Order needing to know:
1) user should provide product drawing or sample, if no drawings or samples, must provide the product specification, type, voltage, power, etc.
2) aluminum heating surface under the power of 2.5 ~ 4.0 watts per square centimeter in between.
3) copper casting heater surface of the power of 3.5 to inherit 5.0 watts per square centimeter in between.
Aluminum heaters, copper casting heaters, cast iron heaters, instructions for use:
1. The working voltage shall not exceed 10% of the ratings,
2. Wiring insulation parts in the heated layer, outside, the shell should be effective grounding;
3. Aluminum casting copper heater must be kept in dry places, and if by long-term placed, insulation resistance is under the 1-m Ω, may in 200 degrees Celsius in baking ovens around 5-6 hours, can resume normal.

1、铸铝、铸铜加热器：将管状电热加热元件浇铸在铝、铜溶液中压制成不同形状的加热器。主要用于塑料机械、烘箱、煮水器、管道以及无腐蚀液体的加热升温。

定货需知：
1)用户应提供产品图纸或样本，如无图纸或样本，必须提供产品的规格、型号、电压、功率等。
2)铸铝加热器表面承受功率为2.5～4.0瓦/平方厘米之间。
3)铸铜加热器表面承受功率为3.5～5.0瓦/平方厘米之间。
铸铝加热器，铸铜加热器，铸铁加热器，使用说明：
1.工作电压不得超过额定值的10%；
2.接线部分放在加热层、保温层以外，外壳应有效接地；
3.铸铝铸铜加热器应放在干燥处、若因长期放置，绝缘电阻低于1MΩ时，可在摄氏200度左右的烘箱中烘烤5-6小时，即可恢复正常。 |
