We produce sand casting products for motorcycle, diesel engine, hydraulic components, water pump, and machinery. We support 3 kinds of sand casting techniques: (1) Green Sand Casting (2) Resin-bond Sand Casting (3) Shell Mold for high precision We have an annual pre-coated sand production capacity of l5,000 ton, and we supply many customers in USA and Germany. The workshop is equipped with furnaces, sand mixing/shaping machine, cooling system, and sand performance testers… We cast ferrous and non ferrous material, and can adjust alloy composition per your requests. We have our own chemical analysis lab and can control material composition tightly. |
